**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PAM RN PRN to join our hospital-based team at the Tier III level. This position offers a flexible, as-needed (PRN) opportunity for a registered nurse with expertise in patient assessment and management (PAM) within a dynamic hospital environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Document all nursing care and patient interactions accurately and timely.

**Qualifications:**
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in hospital-based nursing, preferably at a Tier III level.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed.
