    Straight Salary $277,143 - $277,143

    Comprehensive Patient Care

    Provide high-quality palliative care in both inpatient (80%) and outpatient (20%) settings

    Ensure optimal comfort and quality of life for patients

    Primary Location: Aurora BayCare Medical Center is a 167-bed full-service hospital serving Green Bay and surrounding communities

    Virtual Support: Provide virtual support and collaboration with our APPs in Oshkosh, Marinette and Manitowoc

    Program Development

    Collaborate with the Wisconsin Medical Director to continue to develop and enhance the Palliative Medicine Program throughout Northern, WI

    Collaborative Environment

    Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, social workers, and chaplains

    Flexible Schedule & Shared Call

    Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM

    Shared call with 10 physicians (average 1:8-9)

    Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line

    Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

    Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients

    TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Completion of an accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship

    BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

    Wisconsin License or ability to obtain licensure
