About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Packer to join our warehouse team in City of Industry, CA. This position focuses on picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role involves handling physical tasks and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the packing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick items from inventory based on order requirements
• Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery and meet quality standards
• Label and organize packages for outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse
• Operate order picking systems and packing tools as directed
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures during all warehouse activities
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Ensure timely completion of packing tasks to meet fulfillment deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and handle items up to 30 lbs
• Prior experience in a warehouse or packing environment preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems or packing equipment
• Familiarity with warehouse storage and handling systems
