We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pallet Builder and/or Organizer to join our Clients team in Duluth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various manufacturing processes. This role involves working with a variety of tools and materials to construct, assemble, and fabricate products according to specifications. The pallet Builder will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality standards while maintaining safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate power tools, hand tools effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
• Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required for various building tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse or manufacturing facility.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during work shifts.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience with warehouse operations is an advantage.
