As a Paint line & Assembly Technican, you'll be a key part of our Paint Department, helping bring high-quality products to life through powder coating and finishing processes.
What You'll Do:
Hang hooks and parts on the paint line based on production prioritiesApply powder coat paint manually to partsPerform color changeovers efficientlyTape and protect parts from scratches as they come off the lineInspect, pack, and assemble parts as neededSupport final assembly by ensuring timely delivery of painted componentsParticipate in continuous improvement efforts like Kaizen eventsShare ideas and help reduce downtime to improve productivity
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferredNo experience required - we'll train you!Prior manufacturing experience is a plusPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and perform frequent bendingReliable attendance and teamwork skills
