Position Summary
This position is a part of the carpenter shop, responsible for providing painter duties to keep in good repair of all painted and stained finishes of both interior and exterior campus buildings. Including taping, mudding and finishing, drywall repair, plaster repair, scraping/sanding, specialty coatings and furniture refinishing, As well as minor carpentry repair and maintenance service across the university campus. The incumbent performs under general supervision and requires extensive knowledge and trade practices in sheetrock/plaster repair and painting.
