Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair is hiring an experienced Painter and Finisher. This position is part-time with the intention to move into a full-time role within the first 3-4 months, perfect for skilled craftsmen ready to take the next step in their career!
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with crew members on job sites
- Aid with site prep, drywall installation, repair, and finishing
- Ensure quality workmanship and project timelines
- Communicate with customers and office staff
- Manage materials and tools inventory
- Train apprentices on proper techniques and safety
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on painting and finishing skills on both interior and exterior surfaces.
- We are specifically looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, tools, and finishing methods
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
