Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Residential / Light Commercial Painter with drywall experience to join our growing team. This role involves interior and exterior painting along with basic drywall repair and finishing.

Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting using proper techniques (brush, roller, spray when applicable)
- Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, patching, and priming as needed
- Perform basic drywall repairs including patching holes, cracks, nail pops, and minor texture matching
- Mix, match, and apply paints, primers, stains, and protective coatings
- Use caulk, joint compound, putty, or plaster to repair surfaces prior to painting
- Identify proper materials and quantities for each project
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards
- Perform daily maintenance and care of tools and equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or commercial painting
- Drywall repair experience required (basic to intermediate)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between job sites
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs of equipment
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
