What You’ll Do (The Role): - Prepare: Sand, caulk, patch, and fill holes for a perfect finish.
- Protect: Set up sites by protecting floors and furniture with drop cloths and tape.
- Paint: Learn professional brush, roller, and spray techniques under expert guidance.
- Maintain: Ensure a clean, organized, and professional workspace.

- Physical Stamina: Comfortable on ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass a background check/drug screen.
