Paint Technician – Temp-to-Hire

Trinity Employment Specialists is hiring a Paint Technician for a Fabrication Shop!

MUST HAVES

• Ability to pass a respiratory physical and health questionnaire
• Must be able to wear a respirator
• Able to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around moving equipment, mechanical parts, and loud noise
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• High school diploma/GED or related painting experience/training
• Must be willing to wear required PPE at all times

POSITION DETAILS

• Temp-to-Hire
• Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Non-Exempt
• Fabrication Shop environment

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare surfaces by smoothing and removing old paint
• Mix and match paint as needed
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray guns
• Read work orders and follow supervisor instructions
• Set up ladders or scaffolding when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
