Position Title: PainterDepartment: OperationsReports to: Location ManagerPosition Summary: MUST HAVE AUTO COLLISION EXPERIENCE!!!Responsibilities:*Determines the methods, techniques, devices and materials that are best suited for the surface finish*Performs all prep and paint procedures and operations to ensure top quality finish*Capable of refinishing to a level consistent to OEM finish without rework (no buffing, no runs, no dirt)*Capable of disassembly and reassembly procedures*Will be prepping projects for paint by removing grease, dirt, paint, rust*Remove accessories such as chrome or mirrors*Select/operate correct spray gun for the material being applied *Additional duties as neededJob duties/Job description may be adjusted or added based on the needs of the business or at management discretionRequirements:Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives.Ability to work independently as well as parts of a team.Self-motivated.
