Florida Spine and Pain Institute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pain Management Physician to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. For physicians who are procedure-oriented and motivated to build a thriving pain practice, total compensation often exceeds what is typically available in traditional hospital-employed models. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform interventional pain management procedures including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, and spinal cord stimulation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and neurologists
• Monitor and manage patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on pain management strategies, medications, and procedural options
• Adhere to safe opioid prescribing practices and Florida state regulations

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Pain Management or Anesthesiology with Pain Management subspecialty
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• Fellowship training in interventional pain management preferred
• Experience with fluoroscopy-guided and/or ultrasound-guided procedures
• DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances in compliance with Florida law
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered, compassionate approach to care
