A well-established, heavy interventional pain management practice in Bangor, Maine is seeking a skilled and experienced Pain Management Physician to join their team. What You'll Do
Perform a full range of interventional pain management procedures including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and more
Implant and manage Spinal Cord Stimulators and Intrathecal Pain Pumps
Evaluate and treat patients with complex acute and chronic pain conditions
Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes
Some travel to satellite locations within the region required
Compensation Structure
Years 1 & 2 - Guaranteed Package:
Salary: $400,000 – $500,000 annually - guaranteed for 2 years

After Year 2 - Full Independent Contractor:

What We're Looking For
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
Training background in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Extensive hands-on experience with interventional pain procedures
Proficiency in Spinal Cord Stimulator and Intrathecal Pump implantation
Active Maine medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
