Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Paid Media Manager to audit, rebuild, and optimize subscription acquisition campaigns across paid social channels, primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with TikTok experience being a plus. This role will evaluate existing campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, redesign campaign architecture, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and subscriber acquisition. The ideal candidate will also document processes and train the internal marketing team to ensure long-term success after the engagement.
