About the Role
Scorpion is looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution across our B2B marketing programs. You'll manage our paid channel mix with a focus on generating qualified pipeline and revenue.
Paid Search is the largest and most complex part of this role. You'll lead strategy and hands-on execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Demand Gen while also managing Paid Social, Display, CTV, and emerging advertising channels.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You'll work directly in advertising platforms and performance data, making decisions about budgets, bidding, audiences, campaign structure, testing, and optimization. You'll also connect paid media performance to MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue and turn that data into clear insights and recommendations for marketing leadership.
You'll report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Vertical Marketing, SEO, Marketing Operations, and ABM to ensure paid media investments support Scorpion's broader pipeline and revenue goals.
