Position: Paediatric Dental Office Manager

Our well-established dental practice seeks an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience managing a dental office and a deep understanding of patient experience, compliance, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front office staff and daily administrative operations.
- Oversee scheduling, billing, collections, and insurance processing.
- Ensure adherence to all compliance protocols (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
- Manage team performance, training, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure an efficient, patient-focused workflow.
- Track KPIs and contribute to the financial goals of the practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience.
- Proficient with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, EagleSoft, Open Dental).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures.
