As a Pad Helper General Laborer, you'll support daily operations and help keep production running efficiently. You'll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll DoAs a Pad Helper General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Throwing 4x4s and assisting with material movement throughout production
- Throwing straps and supporting stick layers as needed
- Keeping viewing windows clean and maintaining a safe work area
- Turning valves and assisting with chemical mixes when required
- Performing light driving duties around the facility
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Ability to safely maneuver and lift 50+ pounds
- Physical stamina for repetitive bending, pulling, pushing, twisting, and standing throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety and awareness of surroundings
- High energy and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
