Pay Range: $60000 - $130000/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the PACU and ensure effective department coverage.
• Plan and oversee staffing assignments while maintaining productivity targets.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to PACU staff.
• Conduct and approve employee performance evaluations and establish individual goals.
• Review and update departmental policies, procedures, protocols, and manuals.
• Monitor the condition of facilities and address existing or potential operational issues.
• Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives.
• Serve as a change agent and support organizational decisions through strong leadership and role modeling.
• Promote staff development, professional growth, and continuing education.
• Assist with departmental budget and inventory management.
• Support staff engagement, development, and overall department performance.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BSN required.
• 2+ years of experience in OR or Day Surgery required.
• Previous nursing management experience required.
• BLS required.
• ACLS required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with staffing, performance management, process improvement, and departmental operations preferred.
