Job Responsibilities

  • Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
  • Provides community based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness
  • Provides valuable input to the team regarding his/her perspective on all aspects of service delivery to consumers

Qualifications

  • BA/BS/BSW preferred; High School or GED equivalent with experience below
  • Must have received mental health services (past or present)
  • Applicant may demonstrate volunteer or paid experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
