Night Shift Packaging Operator
Cincinnati, OH 45232
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule
Hours: 6:15 PM – 6:15 AM
What You'll Do
- Operate packaging equipment and package materials produced on production lines
- Assist with line clean-outs and changeovers
- Start up, shut down, and change over production lines as needed
- Perform in-process quality checks and make adjustments to maintain product quality
- Communicate with the Production Foreman and management
- Follow all SOPs and safety procedures, including Lock-out/Tag-out and Confined Space procedures
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Step in as Lead Operator when needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of manufacturing experience
- Chemical plant experience is strongly preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Comfortable operating machinery and computers
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Strong focus on safety and quality
