Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer)

Pay:$17.00 per hour(Starting Pay)
Potential Pay After Hire:$21.00 $24.00 per hour(Based on Production Performance)

Shift:Monday Friday | 5: 30 AM until finished (typically 2: 00 PM 4: 00 PM)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Packagers / Production Associates to join a busy brick manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This fast-paced, production-based position is responsible for stacking, packaging, and preparing finished brick for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and thrives in a team-oriented manufacturing environment where consistent performance is rewarded with significant pay increases after hire.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to maintain production pace in a fast-moving environment
Commitment to workplace safety and product quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Stack finished brick onto pallets according to production standards
Strap and wrap packaged brick for shipment
Inspect brick for defects, damage, and quality concerns
Maintain production speed while meeting quality expectations
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Work safely around conveyors, production equipment, and moving machinery
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Experience in warehouse or industrial environments
Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
Strong attention to detail and productivity
Physical Requirements
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs throughout the shift
Continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, and repetitive movement
Ability to work safely in a hot, dusty industrial environment
Comfortable wearing required PPE throughout the workday
