Oversee packaging operators on the line, operate and assist with packaging equipment as needed, coordinate problem resolution, and drive continuous improvement to meet production goals. Hourly Rate: $18.90

Schedule: 8pm to 6am Monday-Thursday (Training on 1st Shift for 8 to 12 weeks 6am to 4pm M-T)

Job Overview
Lead and support packaging line operations to ensure safe working conditions, GMP/FDA-compliant documentation, and consistent product quality and performance. Oversee packaging operators on the line, operate and assist with packaging equipment as needed, coordinate problem resolution, and drive continuous improvement to meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Run daily line activities with a focus on safety, product quality, and production reliability.
• Oversee and coach packaging operators, including shift communication, training, and cross-training support.
• Perform line start-up tasks such as setups, first-piece checks, and line clearance/changeovers.
• Monitor production and labeling accuracy; ensure proper lot/expiration and required documentation are completed.
• Operate packaging equipment (as needed) and support troubleshooting by escalating issues per process.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure required PPE and GMP practices are followed throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of operator experience or experience in a regulated cGMP/FDA environment preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills to coach and support a team
• Strong understanding and ability to follow SOPs, GMP, and safety requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and complete required paperwork accurately
• Comfort with working in an active production environment and performing production-related physical tasks as required
