Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging and Order Fulfillment Associate to prepare, package, and ship customer orders involving powder-based products. This role requires maintaining product quality, following safety procedures, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill, weigh, and package powder products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate packaging equipment, scales, and labeling machines.
- Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and shipping information before dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and warehouse areas.
- Follow safety procedures when handling powders and other materials.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product consistency and packaging accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Meet daily production and order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or order fulfillment environments is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable working with powder products and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Basic math and record-keeping skills.
Work Environment
- Warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Regular exposure to powder products and packaging materials.
- Use of PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, and dust masks or respirators as required.
