As a Packing Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are packed efficiently and accurately, ready to be shipped to our valued customers. We have openings on day shift 6am-6:30pm and night shift 6pm-6:30am. If you enjoy working with a team and are detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking and reporting stock levels.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to improve packing techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in packing, warehousing, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
