Packing Associate

Day shift Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30 pm

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Able to work in a Team environment understanding that our customers come first.
• Reliable, dependable and timely.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable reading a computer screen, understanding general sequencing and doing basic data entry and troubleshooting when needed.
• Possess professional customer service, communication and listening skills.
• Aptitude to work with industrial/engineered parts such as fasteners, hardware and special parts.
• Demonstrated application of general math skills
• Proactive organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.
• Packaging of parts into specified bags, boxes, or other specified containers.
• Communicates with Packing Area Team Leader in regards to any questions, discrepancies of information,
• Must follow all safety requirements
• Follow direction of Packing Area Team Leader.
