Packer / Shrink-Wrapping / Stacking Associate

Location: Lithia Springs / Douglas County area
Pay: $17 per hour
Normal Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Assignment: Temporary project expected to last at least 8–10 weeks

We are seeking dependable, hardworking associates to pack products, shrink-wrap materials, and stack finished goods in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. These positions will begin as temporary assignments and may lead to temp-to-hire for the right candidates, depending on performance and company needs. Permanent placement is not guaranteed.

Schedule and Overtime

Overtime may be required to complete the work. Candidates must be available to work approximately 40–50 hours per week, with occasional weeks exceeding 50 hours.

Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and securely.

• Shrink-wrap products and pallets for storage or shipment.

• Stack and organize products safely and neatly.

• Walk the warehouse floor to complete assigned tasks.

• Inspect packaging and report damaged products or materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Follow safety procedures, including required team lifts.

• Work cooperatively with others and stay productive without constant supervision.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of recent warehouse experience, with a stable, verifiable work history.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality throughout the assignment.

• A positive work attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work well with others and contribute as a team player.

• Ability to follow instructions and work diligently without being micromanaged.

• Availability for required overtime.

• Clean federal background check required.

• Must pass a 10-panel drug test.

• A high school diploma or GED is required for consideration for a temp-to-hire role.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive packing and stacking throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to perform these duties, with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting tasks of up to 50 pounds, with team lifts required as needed, in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
