JOB OPENING – Medical Packer | Winston-Salem, NC 27107
? Location: Winston-Salem, NC
? Pay: $15.00/hour
? Assignment: Approximately 3 months
? Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
First-day arrival: 7:00 AM
We are looking for a dependable Packer to work in a GMP/cleanroom manufacturing facility packaging medical products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pack finished medical packaging products according to specifications
- Verify labels, part numbers, and packaging configurations
- Perform visual inspections and seal checks
- Complete packing records, counts, and SAP documentation accurately
- Communicate quality issues, material shortages, and production concerns
- Maintain production pace and meet daily production goals
- Assist with line clearance and product changeovers
- Follow all GMP, ISO, FDA, and company quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work Environment:
- GMP manufacturing facility
- Employees will wear scrubs
- When entering the cleanroom, employees will be fully gowned
- Strict cleanroom and PPE requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry 35–50 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and twisting
- Must be comfortable working with sensitive medical products
- PPE includes safety glasses, hairnets, and protective footwear
