Nesco Resource is currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Packer for a manufacturing facility in Laurens, SC. This position is responsible for inspecting, packing, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining quality and production standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or quality concerns.
• Pack finished products according to customer and production specifications.
• Verify correct quantities before packaging.
• Label, wrap, seal, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Assemble boxes, cartons, and other packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records.
• Monitor packaging materials and notify supervision when additional supplies are needed.
• Assist with moving finished products and materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain established production and quality standards.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous packing, production, textile, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work at a steady pace and meet production goals.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
