Job Title: Packer
Location: Lamar, MO
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm
Summary of the Role:The Packer will work in a fast-paced production environment stacking and handling bags weighing up to 50 lbs. This is a physically demanding position that requires good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, stamina, and the ability to maintain a steady pace throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stack bags weighing up to 50 lbs onto pallets.
- Arrange and organize products securely and efficiently on pallets.
- Keep pace with production requirements in a fast-moving environment.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Inspect bags and materials for obvious quality concerns.
- Move and organize materials throughout the production area as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all company safety procedures and proper lifting practices.
- Assist with additional production and general labor duties as needed.
Required Skills:
- Ability to repeatedly lift and stack up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
- Previous production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
Compensation:$18.00 per hour
