Packaging Specialist

Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Position could become full time with the company


A leading distributor of technology products and depot maintenance services, is seeking a Packaging Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in electronics repair, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Package electronic products using approved packing materials and procedures to prevent shipping damage.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
  • Identify and report product or process issues promptly.
  • Support production operations with timely and accurate packaging services.
  • Operate conveyors, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Assist in locating missing or misplaced materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
  • Support changing business needs through schedule flexibility.

Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Comfortable using web-based warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to learn ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures.
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn new processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
