Job Title: Packer

Pay: $16.25-$16.70 per hour

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Monday through Friday

As a Packer, you'll be a key player in supporting daily operations by ensuring your products are packaged accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with the production team to meet daily goals while maintaining quality standards that satisfy customer expectations.

What You'll Do

As a Packer, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and operating packaging machinery according to established specifications.
  • Coordinating with mixers to ensure efficient and timely production.
  • Applying labels and printing information on bags accurately.
  • Packing nut mixes into boxes with precision and care.
  • Conducting quality inspections, including weighing, labeling, and printing to meet specifications.
  • Sealing packages on pallets efficiently for shipping.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in compliance with GMP standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Entry level experience preferred but not required — we value your willingness to learn!
  • A high school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math skills and a keen eye for quality.
  • Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
