Packer - 2nd Shift

In this role, you will support the packaging process, ensuring finished goods are packed efficiently and accurately. Hours:
2nd shift, 3:00 pm 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay:
$14.20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Perform packaging duties including packing, stacking, and palletizing finished goods
Supply packaging materials to the production line in coordination with operators and material handlers
Assist with training and guiding temporary employees on packing procedures
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all sanitation requirements
Support waste removal efforts across the production line
Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance
Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
Maintain strong attendance and reliability
Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and understand safety rules, procedures, and work instructions
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors
Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production setting
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous manufacturing or packing experience (not required but a plus)
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in a production or packaging environment is a plus

On-site work environment
Must be able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
