Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packer workers for a food production company in St. Peter, MN. In this role, you’ll help package high-quality food products in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do as a Packer:- Pack finished products into trays, boxes, and cases
- Inspect products for quality, including seals, labels, lot codes, and defects
- Palletize and label packaged boxes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary packaging area
- Follow safety procedures and GMP guidelines
- Assist with line setup, changeovers, and cleanup as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Packer Role:- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Entry-level candidates welcome – no prior experience required
