We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production & Packaging Associates to join our manufacturing team in Carlsbad. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, packaging finished goods, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to company specifications.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Accurately complete production paperwork and batch records.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Prepare products for shipment by packaging, palletizing, and labeling finished goods.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and notify supervisors of shortages.
- Assist with line changeovers, setup, and cleanup activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Support overtime and weekend work as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments depending on the production area.
