Location: Elk Grove, CA
Shift: 2rd Shift
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday-Sunday, with overtime as needed)
Position Overview
The Packer is responsible for packaging products, maintaining efficient production lines, and ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards. Duties include packing, sealing, boxing, palletizing, product inspection, and operating pallet jacks.
Key Responsibilities
Package and inspect products according to specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Operate packaging equipment and pallet jacks
Enter production data and assist with line changeovers
Follow all safety and food compliance standards
Requirements
1-2 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable with flexible availability, including weekends and overtime
