Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Associate to ensure our products meet the highest quality and safety standards before reaching our customers. In this role, you will follow strict batch records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to carefully inspect products at every stage of the packaging process, transforming finished goods into their final, ready-to-ship form.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products and packaging components at each step of the packaging line.
- Strictly follow batch records, work instructions, and company SOPs to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Assemble, fill, seal, and pack products securely into final shipping containers.
- Identify and report product defects, packaging flaws, or line discrepancies immediately to production management.
- Maintain precise documentation and logs in accordance with quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or quality inspection is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks.
