Clear Colorado Group is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our manufacturing team in Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to build a career in the cannabis industry.
As a Packaging Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring The Clear products are accurately packaged, labeled, and prepared according to quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
- Package, label, and prepare cannabis products for distribution
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment
- Complete production and work order documentation accurately
- Organize and maintain work-in-progress (WIP) inventory areas
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Support additional production and packaging activities as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado MED Badge
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Preferred
- Previous packaging, manufacturing, or production experience
- Cannabis industry packaging experience preferred
- Experience operating industrial or automated equipment
- Familiarity with quality control processes and compliance-driven environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to frequently use hands and fingers for packaging, labeling, and product handling
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist as needed in a production environment
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
