Packaging/Shipping Associate
We are currently seeking dependable candidates with packing and shipping experience for a contract position at an electronic manufacturing company in Aurora, OH. Hours
Monday - Friday
8:00 am 5:00 pm
Pay
Starts at $20.00/hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Package and ship all outgoing products according to company and customer requirements, ensuring proper handling at each step
Properly receive incoming shipments and distribute to departments or storage areas
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with other duties such as testing and assembly as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with packaging products for shipping
Experience with shipping and receiving procedures and systems
Ability to use hand tools and apply labels accurately
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Neat, organized, and efficient with close attention to detail
Capable of moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently
Valid drivers license
Must live within 20 minutes of Aurora
Nice to Have Skills
Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or logistics
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in packaging/shipping roles preferred
Other Requirements
Must be willing to provide employment references at interview
