What You’ll Do
- Coach and train teammates to uphold company standards and deliver consistent results.
- Manage the production schedule to hit targets and deadlines.
- Set up, run, and tend packaging equipment for food products; organize rework when malfunctions appear.
- Clean and sterilize equipment and processing areas to maintain strict hygiene.
- Keep inventory management software current for accurate material counts and availability.
- Record production data during quality checks to verify standards are met.
- Gather information through observation, data entry, and database management to drive decisions.
- Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at every stage.
What You’ll Need
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing plant
- Strong communication skills and confident, supportive leadership
- Professionalism and genuine passion for guiding people
- Experience in food service or manufacturing is a plus
