Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and win new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Prospect, network, and generate leads through a variety of sales channels
- Present customized packaging and print solutions that align with customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within packaging, printing, labels, paper, or related manufacturing industries
- Proven track record of generating revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales goals
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles and strategic customer accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
