Description

• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and win new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Prospect, network, and generate leads through a variety of sales channels
• Present customized packaging and print solutions that align with customer needs
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within packaging, printing, labels, paper, or related manufacturing industries
• Proven track record of generating revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales goals
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing consultative sales cycles and strategic customer accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
