    Is this you?

    • Do you excel at finding the root cause of equipment failures—and fixing them fast?
    • Can you read electrical schematics, work confidently with low and high voltage, and diagnose motors and controls?
    • Are you fluent in pneumatics, hydraulics, and pump systems?
    • Do PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and solid-state controls feel like home turf?
    • Can you weld, solder, and handle basic plumbing and carpentry when it counts?
    • Are you comfortable accessing every corner of a plant and its grounds to get the job done?

    What you’ll do

    • Proactively seek out and resolve issues across packaging and process equipment.
    • Operate, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging machinery.
    • Service and rebuild pumps using sound pump theory.
    • Apply pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge to maintain reliability.
    • Diagnose and repair electrical power and control circuits, including PLC-controlled/solid-state equipment.
    • Conduct machine safety inspections and maintain facility support systems (steam, hot water, compressed air, refrigeration).
    • Identify and order replacement parts from manuals and prints; document clear written and verbal updates.

    What you’ll need

    High school diploma or GED; or 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience/training; or an equivalent blend of education and experience.

    • Minimum 5 years directly supporting the functions listed above.
    • Proficiency in: PLC troubleshooting and programming; electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; hydraulics; industrial automation troubleshooting; machine safety inspections; and manufacturing best practices.
    • Ability to pass the Standard Timing Model mechanical test with a score of 60% or higher.
