Location: Baytown, TX

Schedule: Rotational, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packaging Operator to join our production team in Baytown, TX. This position involves packaging and repackaging materials, operating packaging equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform packaging and repackaging of materials according to assigned work instructions.
- Operate packaging equipment in accordance with established Visual Operating Procedures.
- Follow all packaging procedures and safety guidelines required for assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment is kept in proper condition.
- Perform general labor and assist with other production tasks as needed.
- Work independently while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
- Be available to work outside normal scheduled hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Arrive on time and be ready to work at the start of each shift.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to work a rotational schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to assist with general labor and additional duties as assigned.
