Prep (fold) boxes that will be used on the production line.
Monitor the packaging machine to ensure the items being placed in boxes are being placed properly.
Ensure the weight of the items placed into boxes and the box itself matches the weight on the chart provided by the client.
Package, label, and stage finished goods per standard procedures.
Maintain accurate production records, including material and yield details.
Conduct visual quality checks to identify defects or inconsistencies.
Report issues regarding equipment, materials, or production to supervisors or technicians promptly.
Assist coworkers during breaks for continuous machine operation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at your workstation throughout and at the end of each shift.
High school diploma or GED.
Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work under minimal supervision.
Ability to lift and carry 1050lbs (reels and totes) and push/pull up to 25lbs (carts, pallets).
Capability to stand, walk, bend, grasp, and manipulate items as needed.
Previous manufacturing or packaging environment experience.
Exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols, especially in a meddevice or regulated environment.
