Principle Accountabilities
Responsible for the safe, controlled start-up and operation of the XPack equipment including starting the machine, engaging the feed, and observing the operation of the area.Inspects and measures completed pieces to verify conformity to customer production standards.Monitors and adjusts controls to ensure product complies with production standards.Maintains equipment through completion of assigned preventative maintenance tasks and minor repair techniques as required.Records quality and production metrics via written communication methods and within time deadlines as necessary.Performs all work in a safety first mentality and with utilization of 5S skills.Related tasks as requested by supervisor
Essential Skills and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.Ability to communicate in English.Basic math skills.Basic computer knowledge, AS400, Word, ExcelAbility to repeatedly lift up to a maximum of 40 lbs.Area requires use of hearing protection and eye protection.
