Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a motivated and skilled 2nd Shift Packaging Lead to join their client's team in Moncure, North Carolina. We are partnering with a well-established U.S. manufacturer that has been producing quality building products for over six decades and serves customers across multiple states through highly automated production facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to help build and lead a second-shift packaging team within a highly automated manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a working leader who enjoys leading from the front, coaching employees, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
Lead Packaging Technician - 2nd Shift
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Plus weekly production bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, rarely Saturday overtime. (breaks are paid)
