Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Packaging Packaging development Research and development (R&D) Healthcare, personal care, beauty, food, chemicals, Beauty care industry. Industry background can be any of the following: healthcare, personal care, beauty, food, chemicals. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree. Must have R&D experience Mid-level (5-10 years) experience in R&D at B2C or B2B. Technical background in primary packaging development and design across array of packaging formats including specification, testing, tooling/molding process, materials, and manufacturing qualification. Secondary packaging experience a plus. Location: Product Development Center in Chattanooga (technical execution focus; support and collaboration with teams in Chattanooga including Manufacturing).
