A Day in the Life

Start your shift ensuring the packaging area has the right containers in the right place at the right time. You’ll receive and stage incoming containers, store them in designated locations, and deliver them on demand to packaging lines. Throughout the day you’ll support inventory control tasks and keep work areas clean and orderly. You’ll operate forklifts and other mobile equipment, attend safety meetings, and complete assigned training. On some days, you’ll safely tilt and roll 450-pound drums or lift and stack 50-pound bags—always with safety at the forefront.

Core Purpose of the Role

• Receive, store, and issue containers for packaging operations.
• Deliver containers to production lines and staging areas as scheduled.
• Assist with inventory control activities and documentation.
• Perform routine cleaning to maintain safe, orderly workspaces.
• Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently.
• Participate in safety meetings and complete required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• CDL preferred.
• Forklift experience highly preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to tilt and roll drums up to 450 lbs.
• Lift and stack 50-pound bags as needed.
