Hours: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm (limit to just weekday and hours)

As a Packaging Assistant, you'll help ensure our products meet quality standards while supporting efficient packaging processes. You'll work closely with the production team to deliver results that uphold safety and quality.
What You'll Do
As a Packaging Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Quality controlling, organizing, and packaging portioned cuts of beef and pork
Operating basic equipment such as cryovac, needle tenderizer, roll tenderizer, dicer, and dip tanks
Ensuring products are handled in an air-cooled, USDA-inspected environment
Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety procedures in a fast-paced setting
Lifting and positioning products weighing up to 50-60 lbs safely and efficiently
What You'll Bring

Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
Comfortable bending, kneeling, and twisting
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and production
