Job Position: Packaging and Order Fulfillment Worker

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities - Assemble and package products according to company standards and specifications. - Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper labeling and packaging. - Organize and prepare orders for shipment, including picking items from inventory. - Operate packaging machinery and tools as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. - Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor. - Follow established guidelines for handling and storing materials to prevent damage. - Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. - Basic math and organizational skills for inventory management and order preparation. - Familiarity with packaging tools, equipment, or machinery is a plus. - Physical ability to stand, lift, and move items throughout the shift. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards. - Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to adhere to company policies, including safety procedures.
